Peak Modular Management was founded in 2019 by Danny Pearrow, President and CEO. With an extensive background in residential and commercial modular, Danny is able to leverage his experience in logistics, manufacturing, construction and service to provide turn key solutions for temporary and permanent modular projects. Having leadership experience with one of the largest modular leasing companies in the industry and serving as a Vice President in the largest site service company in the country, Danny has the leadership skill set and business acumen to be highly effective as a small business owner.

Peak Modular Management is a certified small and minority business by the National Minority Supplier Development Council. In addition, we are registered with the State of Texas and are a certified TxHUB vendor. As a Federal small business contractor, we can be found in the System for Award Management.
